This policy covers the website consenttrail.in only. Patient data inside the ConsentTrail app belongs to the hospital using it and is covered by that hospital's own privacy notice and its agreement with us.

What we collect

Only what you type in the walkthrough form: name, hospital, role, city, bed range, phone, email and message. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your consent and your rights

We use these details because you agree to it when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete your details, or raise a grievance, by writing to info@consenttrail.in. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How long we keep it

24 months after our last contact, then we delete it.

Who else handles it

Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes the data you send us as our service provider. Data is kept in India where possible.
